At TECFLUID S.A. we have been designing and manufacturing flow and level measurement instrumentation for more than 50 years. This experience supports us with a deep knowledge of our products and it allows us to offer a high quality after-sales service.
All equipment sent to Seller for repairing must be accompanied by the duly filled “Equipment Repair Form” which you will find below.
Products sent to our facilities must be properly packaged, clean and completely free of liquids, grease or hazardous substances. For any material submitted by the Buyer to Tecfluid S.A. for inspection or repair it is the Buyer’s responsibility to observe the regulations on hazardous materials legally established.
Repairs will be carried out in the Seller’s premises, assuming that Buyer must pay for the transport costs, customs, taxes, etc. originated by the shipment of the material to be repaired to the Seller’s workshops and its subsequent delivery to the Buyer.
Repairs already made and in the case of not shipment back for reasons attributable to Buyer, establishing a maximum period time of 6 calendar months after the date of repair before proceeding with the scrapping of material.
Seller will only accept returns of materials upon agreement with Buyer.
Unless specifically agreed between Buyer and Seller, a penalty of at least 10% of the value of the material will be applied to each material return, and may be higher depending on the type of product and the conditions of reception. The amount to be paid will in any case be ultimately decided by the Seller, and will be communicated conveniently to the Buyer for each particular case.
After 20 calendar days from the date of shipment of the material, no refund will be made for defects that might be attributed to the Seller.
A period of 20 calendar days is established from the delivery date of the material in order to accept returns of the same for reasons attributable to Buyer. After this period, the return of material will not be accepted by any cause.
Buyer’s claims to Seller must be made in writing using the following form.
Tecfluid S.A. guarantee all their products for a period of 24 months from the sale, against any defect in materials, manufacture or performance. Failures that may be attributed to improper use or application other than that specified in the order, handling by personnel not authorized by Tecfluid S.A., improper handling and maltreatment are excluded from this guarantee.
This guarantee is limited to the replacement or repair of parts in which defects that are not caused by improper use, excluding liability for any other damages, or due to the effects caused by normal wear and tear of equipment use.
For all shipments of material to be repaired, it is established a process that must be consulted on this website www.tecfluid.com section of After-Sales / Repairs. In those cases in which the seller shall consider the delivery of a replacement material under guarantee, the buyer will be responsible for the transport, customs, fees, etc. originated by the shipment of said material. The seller assumes only the cost of the replacement material.
The equipment to be repaired must be accompanied by the form available in that section.
The guarantee for repaired or replaced components applies 6 months after repair or replacement. However, the guarantee period will, at least, remain in force until the initial guarantee period of the object of supply has elapsed.
Both parties, Seller and Buyer, submit to the sole jurisdiction and venue of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction.
