Although almost everything is invented in flow and level measurement, in Tecfluid we continue looking for new interesting projects. In this sense the collaboration with our distributors is crucial and a good example is Hennlich s.r.o. in the Czech Republic.
Hennlich cooperate with technical secondary schools and vocational training in their region to bring students to the industrial technical world. They organize visits to their facilities or make talks in the schools to show the different options of instrumentation for flow and level measurement, among others available.
On 25th February, Hennlich made their first technical talk to 40 students of third and fourth year of Secondary School Stredni Prumyslova Skola of Usti nad Labem. The presentation was focused on two themes: the overview of different types of flow and level measurement instruments, and some knowledge about pressure and electric heating systems.
The students were able to see and touch some of the Tecfluid instruments such as variable area flowmeters in different versions of measuring tube:
Transparent technical plastic tube meter, PS series, for gases and liquids
Glass tube, series 2000 (small flow) and 6000
Metal tube, M21 series (small flow) and SC250 for gases, liquids and steam
They were also able to experiment with the target flowmeter DP series, very versatile and suitable for a lot of applications in different industrial sectors.
For students it is very important not only to know the theory of the different existing technologies but also see and touch the instruments associated with them. With this philosophy and helped by our partners, Tecfluid aims to bring the industrial technical world closer to future profesional people in the sector.
